Joining Jens team has been nothing short of amazing for me. It was the piece that I had been missing the whole time! The accountability to someone, the having someone believe in you when I didn't always believe in myself and the pushes I needed to just navigate life when staying on track felt impossible, Jen showed me how to do it while staying focused on my goal and also being able to live life!

In the 22 weeks that she has been my coach I have been in fat loss for 15 of them. I am down almost 20 pounds and over 23 inches and in that time we took a week vacation, had 2 weddings, lots of eating out, traveled within the state and celebrated anniversaries and birthdays.

If you ever thought you needed that little push to get to the next phase I can't recommend Jen enough. She really is teaching me sustainable, lifestyle change habits that I know I will be able to maintain and keep my weight off. And one of things that I love is I can contact her anytime if I need an atta girl or advise, we have a weekly check in to go over my week and talk about the next weeks plans and I always feel prepared at the beginning of the week because I get her feedback and she can help me navigate anything I have coming up so I always have a plan

"Jen was amazing! She helped me find a good week/weekend balance as my family stays on the go on the weekends. I appreciate how she worked with me on my weekday numbers and weekend numbers. I was able to still see results while also enjoying life! I like that I don't feel deprived & that I can work ice cream into my macros! I like her encouragement. She understands not being perfect with eating & is very supportive. I am gaining strength & can see nice muscle definition in my legs, so my goal of building muscle is on target!
